Liz qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner in 2005, but applies the client’s preferred
methodology across technical, financial and legal aspects of a project, including:
- Advice on appropriate project structure and governance
- Preparation and maintenance of plans, budget and actual spend
- Management of records of all project meetings, progress reports and approvals
- Management of risks and issues
- Strategies for testing and data migration, and their implementation
- Management of changes
- Communication with all stakeholders
- Post-completion analysis of benefits and lessons learned.
