Liz qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner in 2005, but applies the client’s preferred
methodology across technical, financial and legal aspects of a project, including:

  • Advice on appropriate project structure and governance
  • Preparation and maintenance of plans, budget and actual spend
  • Management of records of all project meetings, progress reports and approvals
  • Management of risks and issues
  • Strategies for testing and data migration, and their implementation
  • Management of changes
  • Communication with all stakeholders
  • Post-completion analysis of benefits and lessons learned.
