Soundly based on her background as a solicitor and many years of practical experience,
Liz provides a strong link between technical and commercial arrangements and legal
drafting, assisting with the management of the following procurement stages:

• Ensuring that client requirements are clearly specified for potential
  suppliers (see BUSINESS CONSULTANCY)
• Request for Information documentation and management
• Invitation to Tender documentation and management
• Processes and tools for evaluation of Tenders and selection of preferred bidder(s)
• Development of standard contract documentation and negotiation with counterparties
• Development of contractual obligations to support regulatory compliance.

Liz also developed documentation of business processes and staff training
materials for implementation of the Procurement module of SAP Enterprise
software into a major UK utility.
